General Policy

Full Terms & Conditions of Stay should be reviewed before completing your reservation.These are available on our website at http://www.ternhillfarm.co.uk/img/TERMS&CONDITIONSofStay.pdf .They will also be available at Reception on arrival and within each guest room folder. -

BOOKING/PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Credit card or debit card details will be required at the time of booking (Type of card, Card Number, Expiry Date, Security Code, Name & address of Card holder)
- A 20% non refundable deposit will be charged to the card details provided at the time of booking
- 14 days prior to arrival the non-refundable balance for your stay will be charged to the card details provided at the time of booking, unless prior arrangements have been made to pay the balance by BACS
- Reservations made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged in full at the time of booking and are non refundable
- In addition, reservations made via a Third Party agent will require full non refundable pre-payment, as detailed on the Third Party website

CANCELLATION/AMENDMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date will be charged in full.

EXCEPTIONS:
1.Reservations made via a Third Party, such as BOOKING.COM, LATEROOMS.COM or third party websites which require the purchase of a voucher, require FULL PRE-PAYMENT.Your Credit/Debit card will be charged at the time of booking and NO REFUND will be made if the room is later cancelled /

ARRIVAL TIME
Should your arrival time alter from that originally advised please let us know prior to the day so that we can ensure someone is available to greet you.

NB. We staff Reception based on the arrival times advised by the guests.
During the day we may be out on appointments/shopping/dealing with suppliers so please let us know as soon as possible if your arrival time alters
NB.Early Check-in may be available between 13.00 noon and 14.59pm....this is subject to availability, prior arrangement & a £10 per room supplementary charge (payable prior to arrival)

We have a shared postcode with approx 8 properties within Ternhill. Please use the following SAT Nav co-ordinates rather than our postcode: Latitude 52.886017 Longitude -2.542026
We are located on the South East side of the Ternhill Roundabout, on the crossroads of the A53 & A41.Please drive through the archway into the back of the property and park in any of the numbered parking bays

FOOD & DRINK:
A fully stocked Honesty Bar and a Residents Sandwich & Snacks Menu are available Mon to Sun evenings. Food orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival
Sorry, we do not allow hot "takeaway" food to be consumed in the rooms.

Payment terms

A 20% non-refundable deposit will be deducted from your Credit/Debit Card at the time of booking
The remaining balance will be deducted from the same Credit/Debit Card 14 days prior to arrival.
No refund will be offered if the room is cancelled within 14 days of arrival

Booking Cancellation Policy

Changes/cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeit of the 20% pre-paid non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the total cost of the booking and NO refund will be available for any pre-payment.
